• The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided

• Custom-built or personalized audio systems
• Products that have been installed, used, or damaged post-delivery
• Items with tampered serial numbers or missing components
• Software licenses, downloadable content, or gift cards

• A repair, replacement, or full refund, as per Section 34–36 of Kenya’s Consumer Protection Act
• Inspection and resolution within 14 working days of return
